
Preparation
1. Vanilla–Honey Syrup (House Mix)
Ingredients (makes ~6 oz / 180 ml):
1/3 cup (80 ml) honey
1/3 cup (80 ml) hot water
1 tsp vanilla extract (or 1/4 vanilla bean, scraped)
Method:
1. Stir honey and hot water until fully dissolved.
2. Add vanilla and mix well.
3. Let cool, then bottle and refrigerate. Use within 2 weeks.
2. Single-Serve Cranberry Lust
Ingredients (1 drink):
1.75 oz vodka (unflavored; 40% ABV)
1 oz 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened)
0.5 oz pomegranate juice
0.5 oz Vanilla–Honey Syrup
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.25 oz orange liqueur (triple sec or Cointreau)
2 dashes orange bitters
Optional: 1 oz dry sparkling wine or Prosecco to top
Garnish & Rim:
Fine sugar for a half-rim (optional)
3 fresh or frozen cranberries on a cocktail pick
Thin lime wheel or expressed lime peel
Method:
1. Chill a coupe or martini glass. Optional: half-rim it with sugar by running a lime wedge around half the rim and dipping
into sugar.
2. Add vodka, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, Vanilla–Honey Syrup, lime juice, orange liqueur, and bitters to a shaker
with plenty of ice.
3. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until very cold.
4. Double-strain into the chilled glass.
5. If using, gently top with sparkling wine.
6. Garnish with the cranberry pick and lime.
3. Batch Formula (8 drinks, no sparkling topper)
Build in a labeled bottle, keep chilled, and shake to order.
14 oz vodka
8 oz cranberry juice
4 oz pomegranate juice
4 oz Vanilla–Honey Syrup
4 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz orange liqueur
16–20 dashes orange bitters
Stir, refrigerate. Use 3.5 oz of batch per drink, shaken with ice and strained.
